  Messages, contact details, and conversation history processed through WhatsApp Business integrations

• Facebook Messenger Data
  Messages, profile identifiers, and interaction history

• Instagram Messaging Data
  Direct messages, usernames, and conversation activity

• Account Information
  Your Brain Whats account details, email address, and profile data

• Usage Information
  Platform activity, configuration settings, and preferences

• Order and Transaction Data
  Order related data processed through connected platforms, where applicable

Processing Timeline

Once your request is received and verified:

• We will process the deletion within 30 days

• You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed

• If additional verification is required, we will contact you using the provided email address

Important Information Before You Proceed

Please note the following before submitting your request:

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

• Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, financial or tax records)

• Aggregated or anonymized analytics data may be retained, as it cannot be linked to you

• Data stored directly on third party platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) must be deleted through those platforms separately

How long does the deletion process take

We aim to complete all verified requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once completed.

Can deleted data be recovered

No. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be restored.

Does this delete my data from WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram

No. This request applies only to data stored within Brain Whats systems. You must contact Meta platforms directly to remove data from their services.

What if I have an active subscription

We recommend canceling your subscription before requesting data deletion. If not canceled, your account will be closed as part of the deletion process.

Is any data excluded from deletion

Certain records may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. If this applies to your request, we will inform you.
