2. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Brain Whats subscription at any time.

Cancellation can be completed by:

• Accessing your account dashboard and canceling your plan, or

There are no long-term contracts unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

After cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

• You will continue to have access to all features included in your plan during this period

• No further charges will be made after the billing cycle ends

Cancellation does not result in an immediate loss of access unless requested by you.

4. Refunds and Unused Time

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund

• Unused time within the current billing period is not refunded

• Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy

5. Subscription Renewals

If you cancel before your renewal date:

• Your payment method will not be charged again

8. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

• No refunds will be issued

• Outstanding balances, if any, remain payable
